Last week we were invited to join the Great Vegan Challenge at Moshimo along with top Brighton chefs from Terre a terre, 64 degrees, Chashew Catering, Vbites, Indian Summer, Sam’s and La Choza.

We were beaten to the top spot by VBites, but very happy to come second with our take on vegan fish & chips: deep fried quinoa maki with pickled tofu, wasabi mushy peas, pickled ginger & yuzu ketchup and wakami puffed rice chip
